It’s no secret that the Yorkshire pudding is everyone’s favourite part of a roast so we decided to take it to a whole new level… light and crunchy on the top, soft and gooey underneath, all the best parts of a Yorkshire pudding can now be enjoyed in every bite.  

The idea was conceived after Chef Friesen heard about the dish from a friend from Scotland, who had tried it at a dinner party during a trip home. Friesen said, “I have always loved Yorkshire puddings as a rule but to me, it always feels like there’s never enough pudding to soak up the gravy. This was kind of the perfect solution to that”.
